This has to be the Hottest thing to come to spring. The ease of getting here keeps me coming back. The staff is always so helpful. My fav Tori has never changed. Down 30 lbs and so many inches. I feel so much better leaving out of here!
Horrible cancelation policy. I cancelled months ago by speaking with an employee over the phone who stated a manager would call me to confirm. After playing phone tag with her calling to confirm I wanted to cancel. I left detailed voice message of my wishes. It was never cancelled now I had to schedule an appointment to go in to see the manager to cancel after being told they don't do cancellations over the phone. Waste of time and money. **update** went in today to cancel my membership. The manager was very friendly and he handled the cancelation quickly.
This studio is nice and clean. The employees are super friendly, willing to answer any question, and show you about the products or classes. Highly recommend Hotworx Studio at Birnham Woods.
