Hotworx is a fun and exciting change to a work out! I love that i feel great afterwards. The saunas are amazing with just the right amount of heat to make you sweat. With the individual saunas you feel like you’re in your own private gym, so there is no pressure and you can work at your own pace. With the option to do as many workouts as you want you set a pace and workout routine that works for you and your schedule. Their app is user friendly and I like I can track my hard work.
