I have been a client of Brenda's for 12 years now (which means around approx 70 visits!), so I speak with extensive experience of their services in this review. The salon is top notch and the staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and very experienced/talented at their craft. I have very thin fine hair and they have managed to always work their magic and make it look amazing, so I would leave the salon feeling like a new woman each time. From Brenda's team of girls diligently handling my extensions, to Miguel (who has done my gorgeous color and cut/trims now for 10 years) to Juanita who on occasion has colored or trimmed my hair - I cannot fault them or speak highly enough of them. After relocating to Florida 3 years ago and unable to find anyone here that was knowledgeable at all about the Hair Loc system, I continued to fly back to HEH for my hair maintenance, during which time they have been extremely accommodating with my appointments. Sadly, due to logistics and a lot of hair thinning from to stress, I finally recently decided to have them removed. I went with a great wig in hand ready to don once I saw how little hair I would have. However, to my delight, Juanita and Miguel were able to give me a completely new and amazing short edgy cut and color! I was shocked! I left with the wig in my luggage, showing off my new do and have had endless compliments ever since, even from numerous complete strangers!
