My experience here was really good. I liked how thorough the staff was and the optometrist was good. My only complaint and it is a very minor complaint. Is that when I was taken to the front desk by the optometrist, she handed the paperwork to the girl upfront to process And she just walked away didn’t say anything. I asked the receptionist are we through and she said yes, I thought wow I figured she would at least say thank you and come back again.
After not going to the eye doctor for years, I was a bit nervous coming in. The technicians did an amazing job putting me at ease and the experience with the doctor was so gentle and comforting. It was a great experience and will definitely be back if needed!
