The support team is described as patient and comforting, with a very nice staff that is amazing. The doctor provides a detailed explanation of the vision tests and a thorough analysis of changes to vision. Patients feel very comfortable and well taken care of, with many expressing a desire to return for their next appointment.
I love this location, I moved recently, but I travel 60 miles just to see the smiles on the employees faces! They never disappoint and the doctor Dr. Medrano is very thorough. As long as I'm healthy enough to drive over there to see these people I will continue to do so.
New Optometrist for me. The office was pleasant and clean. The staff were friendly and professional. The doctor was professional and thorough. He took time to address my vision concerns. I was served in a timely manner. I will be a returning customer for sure.
Easiest eye appointment ever! Nice, friendly and efficient staff and the Doctor was well informative and considered. Compared to some of my past experiences, this was by far the best!
