I arrived at my appointment on time and was greeted and assisted on my walk up to the counter. The environment is cleaned and well maintained and also have a pretty good selection on frames. I found my new Optometrist and location from now on.

The sole reason for not awarding this office a five-star rating is due to the technician’s rudeness. Her lack of warmth and friendliness during customer interactions, especially given the importance of customer satisfaction, was evident. Despite being a young black lady, her demeanor during my early morning appointment for an eye exam was unwelcoming. When I asked questions, she merely repeated herself instead of providing direct answers. Additionally, her demeanor while asking me further questions about my previous eye exam and glasses was lacking in friendliness. I love this place. I recommend calling to make your appointment because the online thing is kind of buggy, but the staff is super helpful and accommodating. I had my 2 ½ year old with me and it was as painless as possible! (The appointment was for me.)
