After purchasing 3 units from the company and being told that the first inspection/service was included with the purchase of a new system I have come to find that is not the case. I don’t like being lied to nor do I appreciate lack of willingness to address the issue by the lady covering the phones. You would think that after a major purchase there’d be some form of customer support. It’s giving car salesman vibesUPDATE: I was contacted by a Mr. Chase who assured me that they were not in the business of false promises. The gentlemen arrived early which was nice to see. He evaluated the issues and had a plan to correct the problem which he did so everything seems to be in good order at this time.Service: HVAC system repair
