The service excellence received during my household of 4 vision appointments was widespread from entry with Ms. Tina & Marilyn at the front desk to check out with Ms. Terry. The Grand Oaks staff was highly professional along with kind to me and my kids. Dr. Manzil Quadir along with Tech Rachel was pretty knowledgeable. The optician Marana along with Scribe Melanie displayed great patience. I would like to personally highlight and thank the individuals who made my family satisfied with the outcome of our visits.
Everything about this facility has been great, from scheduling to easy access of the facility & parking, and every member of the staff I encountered. I highly recommend this facility!
