Worked with the team here for 2 funeral Livestreams. Not only were Mikala and her team amazing to work with, attentive, and gracious in business. They seemed to have made the people there in one of their lowest times feel better with the services. The location was clean, well organized, and beautifully decorated. The people there made many mentions of how well everything was in their time of grief. Great job and looking forward to working with them again jn the future
We recently lost our father and were nowhere near prepared for what we had to do to ensure my Dad was put to rest. We were expecting my Father's passing, but yet it was still unexpected to us. Addison and specifically, Taylor, were key to helping us through this difficult time. Taylor did an amazing job with explaining everything to us from what each different item was to explaining how everything at the service would go. She showed True compassion and care for our family and making sure my Dad was treated with dignity . We never felt rushed or pushed to do anything that the family didn't want. We used Addision for my dad's service on 8 5 2024. It was a excellent experience all around from when my dad passed , to how they removed him with dignity from the home, to the communication with the cemetery, to the planning of our service and church service. We received many compliments during the viewing of the service. The 3 ladies in the office handled everything for us and let us focus on what was important.
