Went in for an appointment to get a referral with a specialist about 3 weeks ago, they told me in 48 hours I should get a call from the doctor or clinic they referred me to a week passes, and I call them because I haven’t received a call from the specialist they didn’t turn in the referral and had to go through process again they tell me they now submitted it and to wait another 48 hours to receive a call fast forward another week I still don’t receive a call and guess what they didn’t turn in the referral and went through the process again. I’m having severe hand pain and need to see an orthopedic but I can’t because they can’t do their job correctly

This the absolute worst primary care physician I’ve ever encountered! The doctors here just quit or leave and leave patients with no warning no direction and no regard for patients medical care or prescriptions. Very unprofessional and the lack of sympathy for these elderly patients is mind blowing.. if I could give 0 stars I most definitely would

This is an excellent office for PCP medical care. Dr. Bagha sees adult patients and Dr. Lacour sees children.Dr. Bagha is very polite, kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional yet personable. Her bedside manner is impeccable. She was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I’m very natural-minded in my approach to healthcare, and she fully respected that. I felt very at ease and well-cared-for!Dr. Douglas Lacour was a delight! Intelligent, engaging, witty, and GREAT with kids!! He was so funny and fun! He MADE the R2D2 you’ll see pictured!
