Not my 1st at Super Cuts but 1st at Spring Branch Salon I have very long Curly hair Came in for a 2 inch trimming Derrick has skills and very talented knew exactly how to part and cut my hair, he did an amazing job, and I love my freshly trimmed hair! Very personable and kind. Excellent Customer service skills. ? Thank you Derrick!

Great staff, explained cosmetology to me (I asked as I use to barber certificates at other places).
They had an issue with card macine. It showed me card was accepted, the terminal showed it was declined.
I left cash with my number in the instance the transaction did not go through and I continued with other business.
The staff called me back, the transaction had been recognized and I could pickup my cash.
