This was my first visit due to major back pain. He did an analysis of what was wrong with my back. The wait time was short and the doctor was awesome. Can’t wait to get some shots in my back.
My oncologist referred me to Dr. Lai because of my complicated situation dealing with the pain from my cancer. He spent time with me understanding my issues not just prescribing hard drugs.
Nurse Practitioner Monica is one of the best healthcare professionals I have ever encountered, and unfortunately, that is a lot. She is knowledgeable, approachable, compassionate, and caring. Her knowledge is far-reaching and she takes the time to explain. She is in Pain Management care working in Dr. Lai's office. I highly recommend Dr. Lai and staff.
