"Fresh" sod was delivered in the hot afternoon sun a day prior to the installation and in terrible, driedout condition. Installation of sprinkler and sod was scheduled for Friday and Saturday. They did part of it on Friday and left a complete mess for the holiday weekend. They did not come back to finish the job until the following Wednesday. The only communication I got from the salesman, Hank, was initiated by me, the customer, and even then he lied to me on 5 different occasions. Anytime I tried to clarify information which came from him, I was yelled at. Never, in all the years of working with various contractors, have I ever been so poorly treated. As a customer and business owner myself, I truly appreciate honesty, owning your mistakes and making it right, and being treated with respect at all times. I am highly disappointed with the lack of communication and poor customer service. The only thing that happened on time was the bill!

Our builder used this company to add sod and trees to our home. Very unhappy with the fact that they thought it was ok to add a tree to my front yard without even knocking on my door for consent. On top of that, they left a patch of sod without grass and said they would come to add it later but never did. They even left rubber trimmings all over my front yard. Horrible! When I called the number they said I had to have the builder submit a claim yet they never asked me to submit a claim when I first told them that the stakes were missing and that the patch was left as is. Overall lazy and unfinished work. Do not recommend.

This company installed a sprinkler system at my home. All work was done to my specifications and my communications with the owner were very helpful. Based on my experience both during the installation and with follow up on some questions I had afterward I would highly recommend this company for any work needed.
