We arrived home after being gone three weeks to find the house hot. We called West Austin Air Conditioning because of their great reviews. We were not disappointed. Because of the pleasant experience with their scheduler to the prompt response by the technician, Brian, we give five stars. Brian diagnosed the issue immediately and efficiently repaired and checked our system out. We will use them again!

110 degree Texas heat and the air conditioner stopped working. Called the company that warranted the AC when we bought the home and they couldn’t come out for over a week. We used West Austin Air Conditioning to service our HVAC and gave them a call. They scheduled me immediately and repaired our AC and had us up and running on the very same day.
