“Luz has been taking care of my hair as well as my kids hair for the past couple of years and she always does a beautiful job. Yesterday she went above and beyond. I made a dumb decision and bleached my own hair. It went terrible wrong and my hair was disintegrating. I called Luz in a panic and she stayed after closing to save my hair. And she did save it, and didn't shame me for the dumb move I made. This was the Thursday evening before eclipse weekend when we were all trying to get stuff done before the visitors arrived and I know Luz had things to do also. She is the best!“

She makes my son feel comfortable and she is able to distract him with conversations that he is interested in talking about so that he stays still (he is only 7 years old, he was 5 when we started seeing her) The shop is always clean and very welcoming! “Natalia was a life saver twice! The first time was after I had gotten poor advice from Sally’s and ruined my hair with a toner. Natasha worked hard with me and brought my hair back to were it was before m trip to Sally’s. After I went home and applied some Aqua net hair spray some of my hair had a reaction and turned pink! I had never heard of this nor Natalia or any of her color consults. After working with me for over four hours she once again saved the day! My hair is near its natural white color and will grow back without a defining line and I didn’t have to lose the length I have been working two years on. Natalia is amazing, personable and very knowledgeable and is really great at haircuts too! I highly highly recommend Natalia for ALL your hair care needs.“
