Excellent staff and team at Southlake Physical Medicine! I’ve been a patient there for a couple of years for minor things. Last week I had a medical emergency while there and the staff jumped in with excellent care and kindness and made sure I got to the ER. They are the best and I highly recommend them.

I had excellent care here! The staff was friendly, and the doctor was competent and compassionate. I'll continue to come here, and have recommended the SoftWave treatments to many friends and family who experience pain. I'm so appreciative of the care I received and the healing I experienced!

I been getting B12 shots here for almost two years. The staff is friendly and helpful. I've also tried the IV therapy twice when I needed it and received medicine for my migraine that I was having at the time. Very responsive to patient needs and questions. Able to fit me in as a walk in frequently.
