Took a brand new all silk dress that was worn for the first time valued at over $400 and they ruined it. The owner did not contact me for SEVEN months after several attempts by both me and my husband to contact the owner and promises that he would call me. They claimed "the dress' washing instructions must have been labeled incorrectly" and took no responsibility whatsoever for the damage. Definitely switching Cleaners and would not recommend this place at all!! What kind of business does this?

could not clean the usual dirt from silk trousers, tried twice, the result was zero. Although I was told that they know how to clean natural silk. Do not give expensive things to this dry cleaner, they do not know how to clean here!

I took three of my hand embroidered dresses here to be dry cleaned. I specified all dresses must be hand washed and that they were externally delicate. All three were returned to me and shrunk by 3-4 inches. All of my dresses were in excellent condition and hardly worn. Upon contacting management I was told that they did not shrink them, although I provided a brand new dress with tags to them to show them in comparison. They also told me they talked to the person who washed them and that they wash thousands of garments a day. How do you know exactly who washed my garments when you wash thousands a day?
