Sonia Leonard is an amazing real estate agent. Our family moved to Texas 15 years ago, and to our great fortune we found Sonia who helped us find the home that we would raise our family in. Now that our children are grown and out of the house we decided to downsize and relocate. Our first call was to Sonia, who helped us sell our home. She is very professional and gave us great advice. She has an amazing understanding of the market. Of course we did not plan to put our house on the market during a pandemic, but she was positive, reassuring and transparent with us about the situation. We sold our home for our asking price, within our timeline, and are now planning for the next phase of our life. We will always be grateful to Sonia.
