First time at this salon and the staff member Emily was very helpful and patient with me. She helped get me into the right bed and I purchased an emerald tan extender afterwards because she really made me believe she loved it and it wasn’t just a sales tactic.The salon was clean, organized and had a great atmosphere.I would highly recommend this location to anyone of my friends.

I can't speak highly enough about the customer service I've received at this location. The quality and cleanliness of the facilities is huge as well, but above anything else is the friendliness, expertise, and attentiveness of the associates I've encountered. In particular, Reid, Caroline, and Allyssa have all been fantastic and are the reason I'm a repeat customer. I'm not a regular tanner, so they've helped me navigate the equipment, any discounts available to me, and plans of attack before vacations. Their service hasn't wavered as I've become more accustomed to the process and I truly can't praise them enough!

Oh, from the time I walk in to walking out of the salon I get the five star treatment. Lauren the manager at Southlake is the most incredible up close and personable and with customer service sales you name it definitely recommend Palm Beach Tan to everyone I work with and family and friends. thank you for everything you guys rock!
