No respect for my time. Worst experience EVER ! Stay far away from this location. Front office worker was great! But after that, it went down hill. Let’s start from the beginning1. It was very hard to make my very first appointment.2. Made the appointment with I believe the PA.3. Did the at home sleep kit and turned it in.4, came in for results and a man came in not introducing himself and didn’t even say hello, he just went straight to the results. I was very confused if he was the doctor or not. Once I realized that he was the doctor, he gave me a copy of my results and started reading them. The only thing that was correct was my name, the date of birth, age, and gender was wrong. How do I know if those were actually my results..

I have had nothing but positive experiences here. Staff I interacted with were friendly and I have regular appointments. When I expressed concerns to Ms. Thomas she was very quick & kind to reassure me. I appreciate her direct and honest approach while also being understanding and sympathetic to my questions.
