Let’s start from the beginning1. It was very hard to make my very first appointment.2. Made the appointment with I believe the PA.3. Did the at home sleep kit and turned it in.4, came in for results and a man came in not introducing himself and didn’t even say hello, he just went straight to the results. I was very confused if he was the doctor or not. Once I realized that he was the doctor, he gave me a copy of my results and started reading them. The only thing that was correct was my name, the date of birth, age, and gender was wrong. How do I know if those were actually my results..
I have had nothing but positive experiences here. Staff I interacted with were friendly and I have regular appointments. When I expressed concerns to Ms. Thomas she was very quick & kind to reassure me. I appreciate her direct and honest approach while also being understanding and sympathetic to my questions.
I normally don't write reviews but felt compelled after the single worst experience at a medical provider in my life. If you are reading this, find ANY other provider than go to this absolute dump.The woman Makeba Thomas, the RN at NTL&S, is by far the single most incompetent and preposterous person I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with in a medical environment.I went in to get a document so insurance would pay for some equipment. I asked her if she had had done this before with insurance, and she said no.
