I never write reviews but this time I think is a good reason, i do have an account. And i was trying to get some change and the girl ( not a lady, this one can't be call lady) at window wasn't very helpful i had forgotten my wallet at my other car that day cuz my daily car didn't work and I have to take a different car, and I was trying to use my phone to access to my account something on her computer didn't work and she ask me for my ss I ask why she need that, she say that they don't give change to a random person who walks in asking for change, I get that but she also mention that in case she's short of money they know who to charge and I'm sorry but I don't share that why would I pay for her mistakes like I'm the only person she "help" didn't have my ID but I know that was not an issue cuz at the other window was a gentleman who clearly said " i don't have my debit car I don't have my id and I'm running out of gas can I need 5 dollars, he also mention he left his old phone at his desk at his office, so I know they can help you but they just choose not, i have gone two time to be helped but that have never happened, but last time I've gone was very disgusting, this girl was helping a person and i can tell she was rude and careless but what make it worse is went the Person she was helping left, not exaggerating she start making faces as the person was leaving and she saw me that I saw her making faces she looked me in the eyes I wish I know her name to be added on this review,

These people are very rude. I brought a check in today and they said it was over their limit to cash for non-account holders. I offered to become an account holder and they said that they were too busy yet they had two bankers on the floor without any customers. These people are really rude and I reminded them that's why I'm not with Bank of America. I will not be coming back this was such a waste of time

Let's make this very clear from the start, I do not have an account at Bank of America. I work for a company who does have an account so I must do business with them for the time being. My GM came here yesterday, stood in line for 15 minutes and the line dod not move. Today I come and stood in line for about 10 minutes only to find out the teller trying to help me does not have access to print a receipt. Peter asked me to come back later when someone else is there to print a receipt. I made a comment about how sad it was that only one person has access to does this. Peter stated he has access, but is not signed in. How lazy can someone be that they do not want to sign in to a computer so they can help one of their customers?!! This is the definition of laziness. I will NEVER do personal business with Bank of America for them allowing this horrible member service.#bankofamerica#lazypeople#peterdepaola
