This place is amazing! I've been struggling with my weight for years, and finally decided to get some help. The staff here is fantastic and truly cares about you without being fake nice and just being out for your money. I've lost 17 lbs now in my first 5 weeks! The first two weeks were kinda rough, but their meal plan is great and easy to follow once you get the hang of it. A plan that really works! They are very supportive and encouraging and help you in any way they can by making the experience fun and comfortable.

I have lost 38.2 lbs in 2.5 months and still going strong! Every single member of the staff is incredible. I don’t even want to name names because they are all so good, I would feel bad if I left someone out!This program works if you work it.

I love the Southlake (TX) Medi location. Everyone here makes you feel welcome. They are very supportive of my weight journey. Medi is the only program that has helped me stay on track for the past few years. I really appreciate this team and their encouragement and guidance.
