Firstly, I don't say this without much thought and intention. Liberty Pharmacy Software is hands down the best Pharmacy Management System for ALL users (not just owners or Rx veterans). You can literally take a new employee and have them 75% proficient within 2 hours of working on the system. For veteran staff.... you can assign them more complex task and topics. There is a lot of thought that goes into ALL parts of this PMS. If looking to change PMS's, I suggest traveling with a few of your staff members to a nearby "power user" store (one that knows Liberty in and out) and spend just 4-6 hours with them. My sales account manager Sherri P. is amazing! Whenever I've got an issue she always is the person I reach out to and is always helpful.. She looks at it from a pharmacy perspective and find a solution to whatever the problem. She even gets on to the support team if something is not getting done from their end.
