I have recently moved from Calif. to Grapevine & have tried a couple of hair salons since arriving in Grapevine. I decided on the spur of the moment to refresh my highlights & fortunately Lavender Salon had an available time. Kelsey was my stylist & although she was fairly new, she gave me wonderful highlights & style. I NEVER wanted to leave the "shampoo room" as it was a beautiful Zen experience! Being new to the area, I was late for my appointment (they should have been unhappy with me, but they were all gracious & understood). The salon is beautiful & Kelsey did everything perfectly! Every time I go to Texas to visit my daughter I go get my hair done at Lavender Square. It is such a beautiful salon and has an amazing atmosphere. The owner is so nice as well and makes you feel welcome, as well as everyone that works there.
Stylist: Abigail was my hairstylist and she was very communicative with me to figure out what I wanted for my hairstyle. She had a new suggestion that she felt would look great and I was very happy with my results. She was very kind and made me feel relaxed while getting my hair done. I loved the massage and the time she took to make me feel beautiful.
KJ is always amazing. I bring in a realistic picture for what I want and she immediately gets it and does it! And, I have gone to her for short, medium, long, and with bangs cuts always with a specific style. I also have thick,curly greying hair that is not the easiest for many hair stylists. She understands thick curly hair because she also lives with it. She also highlights my hair in a way so when the grey grows it isn’t really noticeable. I literally don’t have to see her again for several months, which is a bummer since she is my fellow chica from OC.
