The tailoring service is a joke! I took a gown in to be shortened. She had no exepertise to advice me on the out come. Now the shorter length transformed the dress negatively. They dont give a cost estimate and it takes a week for turn around . Find another tailor.

Horrible service in by 9 out by 5 is a joke at best. Do not use this place if you need it soon and tight go somewhere else. Management is a joke. Usually don't complain and give everyone a chance but after three attempts using this place I won't go back. Would give negative stars if possible.Service: Clothes pressing

They ruined my white shirt with blue iron stains all over it! They told me it must have been like that when I dropped it off, didn't offer a solution or refund, and told me to just go to another cleaners next time! Horrible customer service.
