Their customer service is top-notch as they were available to me 24/7. In the middle of the night I got locked out, called them and they took care of me...very professional and polite. They also offer several mailing options to fit your needs. Just don't wait till last minute to take it. Allow time to receive it via mail. Unless of course you wanna pay for express mail. Thank you!! “I was referred by a friend who did the class at EMS ISD. The classroom portion was great, behind the wheel driving was great. Mr. Greene and Mr. Haynes were great instructors. Michelle and the examiner were very nice too at the Grapevine office. Pretty solid experience, will be back in 5 years for my sister. ?“

“Surprised to read the negative reviews!! Both my girls went through this school and we did not have any issues. Anytime we called the lady at the Coppell office was very helpful. I think if you are on top of it and do your part it all works out. It will be our first time taking a test here but I do not anticipate any problems.“
