I got my roof replaced with Conrad Roofing last week and it was the smoothest and pleasant experience when dealing with these things. Kenneth Conrad is a very professional man and very good to work with. He spoke with the shingles company, made sure my claims were approved and also kept me appraised of how things were going. He was personally there when the workers were removing the old shingles and replacing it with new. Thank you Kenneth for all your help and support in this process. I would definitely recommend Conrad roofing for all your roofing needs.
Commercial Job for our facilityKenny came to check on my pickleball and tennis facility, he was not a salesman, but more so a professional. He was the first to call back, but I still had three separate opinions. He came to fix our commercial facility noticing that the owner used a residential roofer. There was not commercial grade items, and he spoke with the Owner to get those components to our facility replaced. It did not cost us anything. The other sales guys were trying to get us to pay out of pocket, $10,000 or even up to $26,000 on another quote it was absurd. Honesty , and professionalism there are still good people in this industry and Kenny is one of them.
Kenny is a very trustworthy professional. I will tell you what separates him from people I could have used.After a recent storm, he dropped off a card, told me if I need anything feel free to call. That same storm had other groups harass, and bother me and door to door sales aggressively. Some stating that they see my roof is damaged already, some saying they droned it, some saying that my roof looks faded.I called Kenny and one of the aggressive ones back.
