The towing experience itself was great, my only complaint is that I called and scheduled a pickup and was told I would have a driver within an hour and a half, however it took ~3 hours from the call.
Had Advanced Transport & Towing pick up my BMW from the body shop and deliver it to my house. The transmission was locked and so the rear wheels wound not turn. I was a bit apprehensive about having it transported since it was in pristine condition after some body work. I'm so glad I called ATT. The care they took was amazing. Nothing scrapped at all on the loading and unloading. I was really impressed with their service. I highly recommend them!
My tire blew out on the highway. Advanced Transport was able to get a tow driver to me quickly and drop me and my vehicle to a nearby tire shop quick and easy. Very thankful and satisfied with the service.
