“I called them on a Friday evening less than an hour before closing time about the screen on my iPhone 11. It had a small crack for a while but the night before the screen turned to static. I spent the entire day at work on Friday with my phone calling all of my emergency contacts and with the screen so badly damaged I couldn’t even slide the power screen to turn it off.They told me they could fix it.
