“I visited Dr.Garza's office because I was searching for a doctor that incorporated self-care and physical therapy in their treatment plan. My doctor referred me to Dr. Garza to help me alleviate pain in my lower back and hip for an injury that occurred many years ago. I had visited several doctors in the past for this very same problem but was only given medication and the minimum physical treatment, but nothing worked. Dr. Garza explained every aspect of his routine on a diagram that outlined the areas he's going to treat. He also was attentive and answered all my questions and concerns. To my surprise, after the 1st visit, my range of motion had improved to where I was able to move about without experiencing excruciating pain. Dr. Garza provided me with an excellent in office routine as well as an exercise program to work on at home. I recommend Dr. Garza 100%.“

(Pedestrian injury)Dr. Duffer and Dr. Long communicate very well for continuity of care when I occasionally see the other doctor...I was finally on maintenance, for about 2 months ...when I was struck in Kohl's parking lot... pedestrian body slam versus Tacoma.Security said the truck pushed me more than 4 ft. and I have a history of whiplash ...step off a curb... my backyard... the hallway at home...I am not sure how there was no whiplash from that Tacoma.Security could not believe I was standing there 3 days later and did not have a broken bone. (56y)I believe chiropractic maintenance was the greatest contribution to my lack of injury. Right IT band / bursitis and ocular migraine without headache.Additionally, maintenance helps with sinus and stomach issues.“

I can breathe deeply and lift my arm. Once the soreness leaves i should be able to bend forward to tie my shoes. Just know, they know what they’re doing here! VERY THANKFUL..
