Never had a problem with them before until my last auction purchase. Make sure you get what you paid for. I though I had bought a Craftsman weed eater come to find out it was only the box, inside was a cheaper brand weed eater. Talk to the lady in charge and she just gave me nonsense excuses and very unprofessional. Now ima have to call everytime and make sure they're selling what they post on the pictures.
