The staff, including Dr. Green, are compassionate and dedicated, ensuring that each animal is comfortable and well-cared for. The clinic is highly recommended by visitors, some of whom travel a long distance just to receive their services. The staff's attentiveness and kindness have left a positive impact on both the pets and their owners. Many clients appreciate that the staff and Dr. Green are always friendly, caring, and great with pets. They take time to give belly rubs and make animals feel comfortable, even those with high anxiety. The clinic is known for its helpfulness, quick appointments, and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, Somerset Animal Clinic is a wonderful place for any furry friend to receive veterinary care.
Very happy with their on-going care for my cat Chopper. The staff is incredibly friendly and informative. They do a wonderful job of explaining my cats needs and plan of care in a way that’s easy for me to understand when I bring him in. I’m grateful I found such a great team to take care of Chopper!
This is one of the more transparent vets I have been to. I bring my three dogs here and the clinic always tries to find ways for me to save money (since 3 dogs can rack up a large vet bill!). They work with Chewy for my dogs' prescriptions which I appreciate. Vet Greene is kind, layed back, and educates owners in a respectful way (she never makes you feel dumb). This vet is a huge life saver when it comes to my lab's reoccuring infections from ichy skin. I am able to send pictures via email and Vet Greene prescribes what is needed with charging me for an appointment. I am poor so the option to email about issues has been invaluable. Sadly, we lost our buddy of 11 years and had to say our final goodbye last week.
The staff was beyond compassionate and comforting and a few days later, we received a letter in the mail with a handwritten card with personalized notes from each person on the team which just brought us to tears.
They did not have to do that but that little act of kindness and personal touch meant the world at that moment.
We are beyond thankful for this clinic and can’t recommend this staff enough.
