They are kind, they take their time to assist me, they explain to me in detail, and always with a smile, the kindness to remind me of my payment, greet me and ask how I am. Excellent customer service across the board. All are welcoming with a smile at anytime a customer walks as my observation, whenever I go make a payment with Rocio ?. I noticed a new manager Angelica which is the reason I think attitude change at regional. Before with the other manager, the atmosphere was quite negative.?????
