This is my first time looking for a loan and i was amazed by my experience! I need to give a shout out to Mrs. Jackie for being helpful and welcoming to me and my family. Next time i come i know who to ask for. Definitely will refer family and friends to this place and that worker.

My mom went in with a bunch of questions and afraid that she would not understand because she does not speak English that well. I went with her but upon meeting Mr. Omar Ortiz, my mom and I felt really comfortable because Omar was fluent in Spanish. Being bilingual was such a blessing. Not to mention that Omar provided us with several options to get some cash for her home renovations, he even gave us his mom’s recipe for birria tacos. That type of personal connection makes it easy to go back when she needs financial help. Thanks, Omar.
