“I tried to give my elderly dad a shave at home, as well as a hair cut. Not knowing anything about how to do this, I attempted to use a store bought shaver. After about 30 or 40 minutes, I realized it was time to call in a pro. I called the Outlaws, and they were able to take my dad in.The staff was so amazing. They had smiles on their faces, were very tactful, and engaged in honorable conversation with everybody in the shop.Lance did an outstanding job on giving my dad the shave he so needed, and he exercised great care with my dads delicate and fragile skin. I am very glad because he took notice of this.I am sorry to see a few negative reviews, so I would like to say something regarding these.We all know that we live in an 'I want it now' world. Because everything is made to be so convenient, we have come to expect that with one another. I am guilty of this myself. I would humbly like to ask to reconsider these things in all that we do. We don't know what might be going on that causes certain delays. From what I observed, in watching another get a haircut at the same time Lance was busy with my dad; I noticed the other staff- that she was taking great care to give an expert haircut to a young guy. I am sure that the same time and attention to detail is given to every customer that comes in to use their services. Sometimes, this may cause a delay for others.I can only say this because I have been guilty of giving a couple of bad reviews simply because I had not the patience, and wanted services right then.
