I wish I could give a -3 STARS ? for the three that I lost waiting for this owner who stiffed me in my appointment time that we had scheduled the morning of my graduation. She failed to show up. She was a *NO SHOW*!! I was graduating this morning & scheduled for my Native American ceremonial tribe braids. When I spoke to her on the phone I explained to her EXACTLY HOW I needed it and she said, "YES, I can do that with a suggested shampoo". I agreed and set the appointment for the morning of my graduation. Appointment was at 10 am. I showed up at 9:36 am at the location she instructed. Got off, but her shop was still closed. Had my hair done with Elsie. I am so happy with my haircut. I keep looking at myself in the mirror. Comfortable atmosphere, clean . One customer at a time. Elsie had good suggestions that I was able to work with.

Never fails me when I go! She brings my hair back to life and does a fantastic job! I have so much trust in her with my hair and she really outdoes herself each time! Definitely give her a call or text to book your next appointment!
