Scheduled appointment to get contacts for first time, I was taken back pretty quick and there was a lot of people there. The doctor went over my eyes with me for about 10 minutes then I spent about an hour trying and learning about the contacts with a younger lady, very kind and attentive to eye care needs, also they offer a rebate if you get a years worth of contacts

Very pleased with my experience with Dr.Drobny at Patterson Optical!!! He was very thorough in his examination explaining everything about my eyes. I will refer every one I know to use this practice !!!!!!!!!

My family and I have used them for years and always liked them. I recently had a problem with another local store and lenses made incorrectly, and Patterson went above and beyond to help me. The office staff showed such kindness to me I wanted to cry. They literally stopped what they were doing and resolved my problem right then. They resolved a problem that wasn' there fault or responsibility and were so nice about it. Excellent customer service!
