Called Ben Franklin Plumbing for a burst pipe. We are very pleased with the work they did for us. Matt and Tristan were pleasant and professional. Michelle in the office was also great to work with.

So impressed with the attention to detail, care, work ethic and level of customer service you guys showed. You guys went above and beyond, answered all of my questions, and gave helpful tips to help us in the future. I couldn’t recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Sherman, TX enough!

Chance and Matthew did an outstanding job. Chance Roberson clearly has lots of experience and knowledge. And he does extremely high quality work. They fixed a leak and they pointed me in the right direction for another. Both bathroom leaks. Excellent!

And installed the complete bathtub, tore out the old one and replace the valve. Wonderful job! Efficient, high quality work!
