“This is an excellent office for PCP medical care. Dr. Bagha sees adult patients and Dr. Lacour sees children.Dr. Bagha is very polite, kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional yet personable. Her bedside manner is impeccable. She was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I’m very natural-minded in my approach to healthcare, and she fully respected that. I felt very at ease and well-cared-for!Dr. Douglas Lacour was a delight! Intelligent, engaging, witty, and GREAT with kids!! He was so funny and fun! He MADE the R2D2 you’ll see pictured! And he made it for his office. ??He is INVESTED and it shows- from his medical knowledge, to his thorough care, to the decor and the treasure box (rewards for kids). I almost proposed to him!! (Just jokes! I mean simply: he’s THAT wonderful!) I had four of my blessings with him at once and the entire 1 1/2 hours with him was enjoyable for all of us! Being natural-minded, I TCB with herbs and oils and my natural knowledge at home, and avoid doctor’s offices like the plague. Now?? ??? I think I’ll be a little like: “Is anybody sick today?? Please??” ??Both doctors have great staff as well!! Truly friendly and gracious! Seriously! This a great place for healthcare!There is also a lab on site, which is super convenient! Tobias runs the lab and is a very nice man who is perfection when it comes to needles! No pain! ?Reiterating: it’s hard for holistic people to find supportive allopathic healthcare. “We had a fantastic experience at TCH Urgent Care in The Woodlands/Shenandoah. I’m surprised to see some negative reviews here, given we had a stellar experience. We brought our 7 y/o son in after he vomited 30 times and was getting dehydrated and extremely weak. Nothing we did at home worked. Once we got taken back (only about 5-10 min), the care team took phenomenal care of us. I wanted to formally recognize Libby, Meghan, Deena, and everyone who helped get our boy back on track. He came in limp, vomiting, and had a hard time moving, and left with SO much energy. They gave him medicine that immediately stopped his stomach, an IV, and these delicious electrolyte popsicles. That and a warm blanket straight out the warmer, and he was as good as new. Kudos to the team not only rapidly stopping his issues but for their excellent bedside manner, but also for their sweet and compassionate care. That said I haven’t gotten the bill yet ? but 100% job!!“
