Dr. Chitra Poonkuran is a superb physician. She took extra-time to explain the benefits of behavioral therapy to treat insomnia, hygiene measures and prescribed a drug that will help while I work towards sleep whithout pills.

My partner and I have been going to Kelsey-Seybold for well over a decade. My partner has Kelsey's Medicare Advantage plan. I hear folks complain about Medicare Advantage plans (they are confusing), but Kelsey has literally been a lifesaver for him. We both have seen so many doctors over the years. Nearly all have provided a high quality of care. My only complaint with Kelsey is that they should have a dedicated psychiatric department like Kaiser in California. But that may be a Texas thing where mental health is clearly a very low priority. Some doctors are better than others, but when I didn't like someone, I picked someone else. Kathleen is the sole pharmacist for this pharmacy. Along with her and the rest of her amazing staff they do a FANTASTIC job of running this place.Everyone here is extremely friendly and fast. Wait times are never long. For the amount of patients they serve, it is truly impressiveThank you Kathleen and staff for all your hard work!
