The management and staff truly care about the Seniors and their community. No place is perfect, but I promise you that everyone here will do what it takes to make it right and make sure it is corrected and a plan is in place. Our Executive Director, Valerie, is hands on with our team and our residents and makes sure that everything is running smoothly and the residents are being cared for. With Valerie, also having a nursing degree, you can be comforted to know that she is making sure the healthcare side of the community is being done correctly. Valerie is prompt to any issues and addresses them immediately. For the first time in over 7 years, I go home happy and not stressed out. I am a person who will do anything for our residents and would run myself to the ground at my other workplaces. “First off I never write reviews but feel compelled. I discovered Falcon and Shelby when I needed to leave on a business trip and my hairdresser could not get me in for blowout. They were great and when I came back I went to my reg girl for color and cut and then booked with Shelby again for a blowout. I was not pleased with my color and asked if they could tone it down. Falon did and it looked FANTASTIC! I went back again for a color and cut and have to say I have the best cut I have ever had and love love love my color.
