Called late afternoon on Wednesday, they sent a tech out to me in Andrews the next morning. My unit is an early 90s unit and it's basically at the end of it's life. The tech was able to replace parts that were needed and get my junk unit to work again. It was more affordable than local companies. The tech was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I highly recommend.
Johnny was an absolute God send when our heating unit wasn't working properly. He was up front and honest with me from the get go. I greatly appreciated his honesty and willingness to do what ever he could to help us. Also, Jesse (I believe) answered the phone when I called and was very kind and helpful as well. I would 100% use this company again should the occasion arise while praying that it doesn't. Highly Recomended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I left y’all an early am text letting y’all know my A/C was out. Brandon showed up this am and I’m thanking God that it was just a capacitor! I appreciate Brandon being so knowledgeable and timely! Brandon agreed with me that my unit is old, which I knew. I went home at lunch to put my leftovers in my fridge and it was still hot, I called y’all back and you came right away and sure enough my outside motor was out. It’s so cool in my house now I had to turn my thermostat up! I’ll be a customer forever! Every time I need y’all, you show up and don’t disappoint! Five star rating from me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
