I got to the salon late because of car trouble. The ladies working were tending to other girls with appointments BUT still took the time to treat my toddler with so much love and consideration! Even though my baby girl had a meltdown after cuz she wanted to stay longer and do more space stuff they never made me feel bad or treated us any less. I am so grateful for that! I had a hard day that day and wanted to do something nice for my daughter. Sweet & Sassy definitely went above and beyond to brighten our day! Thank you so so much!!!

All I can say is WOW!!! Sweet & Sassy seriously knows how to throw an amazing birthday party. My daughter celebrated her 5th birthday here and they made her day so special. The princess package is perfect! We loved the hair, makeup, dress up, coronation ceremony and especially the staff singing was over the top phenomenal! You are missing out if you aren't checking out Sweet & Sassy!!! Such an amazing group of staff and all around great birthday venue. Highly recommend!!

I've taken all 3 of granddaughters here in the last 45 days to gave their ears pierced. They are very sweet to the kids that come in very patient. Very informative and clean. Today when I took my 6yo granddaughter, they were extremely busy but handled it very well. I wish I could remember the young girls name but she spent as lot of time with us explaining everything she was going to do and it was great. I commended the young lady for her composure under stress. I'm blessed these girls are working and highly recommend them for ear piercing. If you have to wait, there is an ice cream place in the shopping strip. They take their time and focus on the customer... read full review
