We had our first visit Dr. Huffman yesterday, and he is absolutely amazing, as is the rest of his team, especially Irene!From calling me back same-day to discuss imaging/lameness/injections questions I had(before we’d even been to the clinic yet), recommending a lameness exam PRIOR to doing imaging(which can be costly so I appreciate him not jumping straight to that), taking his time and doing a MUCH more thorough exam than our previous vet who did the PPE, he showed us all around our horses mouth and teeth(he’s very mouth shy so we haven’t been able to see in there), he took out a skeletal diagram to show us exactly where the injections go and how it helps to lubricate... read full review

Excellent care and communication through colic surgery! Thank you for the excellent care of my horse!! You guys were amazing...vets, vet techs and office personel...so much appreciated as my horse means the world to me!

I observed the horses for about a half hour or so. I thought they looked calm, comfortable and very serene. Two new foals remained close to their Moms but practiced kicking up their heels which was fun to see.
