I feel like I really need to share my experience today with Tooth Time in Seguin. I am absolutely terrified of dentist. Do you thought of anyone touching my teeth literally makes me sick to my stomach. The sounds of My teeth being cleaned or worked on sends me into sheer panic. I made appointments with Tooth Time many times over the past 2 years and canceled every one of them. Today I actually showed up for my appointment, my heart was racing, my hands were sweating and I was headed for panic mode. I explained this to the staff in the front office and immediately I was comforted and reassured that everything is going to be okay. I got back to the room and my dental assistant was absolutely kind, gentle and reassuring as she went through step by step of what she was doing. When the dentist, Dr Allen came into the room, he was so polite and reassuring that I began to feel so comfortable being there. This is a major accomplishment for me. The dental assistant took care of me and made me feel safe and calm. The office staff cheered me on, comforted me and congratulated me when I was done. I have never in my 49 years have ever felt so cared for. I am definitely recommending this office as a place to go, especially if you're terrified of the dentist. The staff is so nice, polite and very caring. Dr Allan Jauregui is the best. Definitely recommend 👍👍
