Mr. Manuel Moreno is the founder of Moreno Construction Company. He created the company back in 1968. He was born in Brownsville and traveled up to Seguin searching for jobs along the way. While he was working here in Seguin he met the future Mrs. Moreno. Mr. Moreno’s responsibilities include meeting with clients, monitoring all jobs on construction process, and supervising all aspects of the construction process.
