“I just had the BEST experience ever from a contractor, Diamond Air. First, I called toward the end of business hours on Thursday and my call was returned the same day, AFTER HOURS by the owner. He was super nice and had someone out to see my tenant the very next day to assess my issue. The worker, Blaine, showed up on time and was super friendly. He called when he was 15 minutes out and called again with a diagnosis prior to fixing anything. The pricing was fair and they were quick and resolved the problem quickly and provided all the information needed to make decisions and prevent future issues. Plus they offered a 30-day guarantee on the work. There was actually a follow up issue that occurred on Saturday and they came out on SUNDAY (after church) to fix it.
