AMAZING experience considering I got a tooth pulled out of my face. I have extremely high anxiety and I couldn’t have asked for sweeter to people to ease my mind. I had an emergency toothache due to a failed root canal and when calling the San Marcos location, they said they could get me right away at the neighboring Seguin location. Will is an excellent oral surgeon. He was kind and had a good sense of humor about things. It’s got to be difficult to know that most patients want to run out the door when they see you but he maintains an awesome attitude. Staff and Dr. Will were wonderful. I get really really anxious at dentist. They m ade me feel so comfortable. Love them . Will be going back in the future. Thank you for making my experience an easy one.
The receptionist was very helpful and well mannered. The xray girl was gentle and patient with my gag problem. The hygienist was kind and thorough. The dentist was informative and spoke in layman's terms. I got the cost of everything and look forward to a cleaning, filling, and new crown. Marie
