Johnathan was extremely responsive and made very quick service calls. He shows great knowledge on all things RVs. He has made partnerships with major brands and completed a slide out repair, awning, among others in a timely manner and made it easy for me, the customer. He kept me informed through the process. I recommend his services and business to all.
Allied Mobile RV Repair was great! My AC stopped working and I wanted it repaired quickly before the weather got to hot. Working from home with two dogs in an RV didn't sound like fun. Jon responded fast, came out the next day for an estimate, and had the parts ordered! He was transparent on the cost of the repairs and the parts needed, gave me a fair quote and finished the project in one day. I am fabuloysly chilled out and the pups are super happy. He was very kind and organized and followed all instructions from alliance rv. He fixed everything that was requested and we are waiting on a part from alliance and he will return when that comes in. I was very happy with the service.
